Microneedling — also known as collagen induction therapy — uses a device with fine, sterile needles to create thousands of micro-channels in the skin. This controlled micro-injury triggers the body's natural healing response, stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin.
The result over a course of treatments is firmer, smoother, more even skin with visibly reduced scarring, refined pores and improved texture. Becci uses medical-grade equipment and can infuse active serums during treatment to target specific concerns.
A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to ensure your comfort. The treatment itself takes around 45–60 minutes.

All new clients start with a free consultation. Becci will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and recommend the right treatment approach — whether that's a single session, a combo treatment or a course.
Numbing
A topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment area and left for around 30 minutes to ensure your comfort throughout the procedure.
Treatment
Becci performs the microneedling using a medical-grade device, working systematically across the skin. Any serums are infused directly into the micro-channels for maximum absorption.
Aftercare & Review
You'll leave with full written aftercare instructions. Expect some redness for 24–48 hours. Becci is on hand if you have any questions, and will assess your results at your next session or review.

What does microneedling treat? +
Microneedling is effective for acne scarring, enlarged pores, uneven skin texture, fine lines and early wrinkles, dull or tired-looking skin, and overall skin rejuvenation. It works by triggering the skin's natural collagen and elastin production through controlled micro-injuries.
Does microneedling hurt? +
A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to minimise discomfort. Most clients experience a mild scratching or warm sensation during the procedure. Discomfort is generally very manageable and most people find it far more comfortable than they expected.
How many sessions will I need? +
For general skin improvement or mild texture concerns, a single session can produce a noticeable result. For acne scarring or significant skin concerns, a course of 3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart is strongly recommended. Becci will advise the right plan for you during your free consultation.
When will I see results? +
Initial results can be seen within a few days as redness subsides and skin begins to renew. The full collagen response develops over 4–8 weeks after each session, with the most noticeable improvements seen after completing a full course of treatments.
What is the downtime? +
Expect redness and mild sensitivity for 24–48 hours after treatment — similar to mild sunburn. Most clients return to normal activities the following day. Becci will provide detailed aftercare advice including sun protection guidelines and what products to avoid in the first 24 hours.
Can microneedling be combined with other treatments? +
